Minimum callout£180 for all work
Labour guide prices. Materials and waste removal are separate, except materials included for patch repairs. Your written quote confirms the final scope, price and any applicable VAT. Individual guide prices below £180 are subject to the minimum callout charge. XL prices start from the figures shown.
Measurement guide
Measure in metres. Round up to whole m².
Floor footprint L × W
For L-shaped rooms, add both rectangles (each L × W). Around fireplaces, use the room’s greatest length and width.
Wall area W × H
Wall-to-wall × floor-to-ceiling, including windows and doors. For sloped or stepped ceilings, use the greatest width and height.
Ceilings above 2.6 m may need a larger size bracket. Walls over 14 m² are quoted individually. Extra preparation: £37.50/hour, agreed in advance.
