Who looks after your information
Wallworks Pro Plastering Ltd, trading as Wallworks Platinum, is responsible for information collected for Platinum enquiries and company projects. The company is registered in England and Wales, number 16473770. Registered-office details are in the company footer.
For privacy questions contact rian@wallworksproplastering.co.uk or 07542 608060. Traditional plastering work handled by Rian Cooper as a sole trader has a separate privacy notice.
Enquiries, viewings and agreed work
A short project enquiry collects your name, project postcode, preferred contact details and description. You can optionally attach up to three project photos; these are stored privately for authorised staff to review. It does not reserve any dates and does not require a full quotation address. Please avoid including other people’s personal information in photographs.
The viewing form additionally asks for the project address and preferred time. At this stage, the quotation address is collected solely to make the quote out to the correct person or business; it is not a request for payment details. An enquiry can also be made by phone or email.
We collect your name, phone number, email, project and billing addresses, project description and requested dates and times to respond, arrange a viewing, prepare a quotation and manage agreed work. We use this information to take steps towards a contract at your request and fulfil agreed work. Accounting information is retained where required by law. Essential connection and sign-in records are used for our legitimate interests in operating the service, preventing abuse and protecting business records.
You can phone instead of using the viewing form. We need enough information to contact you and assess your project. A viewing request is not a confirmed appointment; the requested time is held while the team reviews it.
Access and sharing
Only authorised people have access to company project records. Partners’ workflow logins are restricted to Platinum. Accountants have restricted financial access. The owner manages both businesses, but their records are kept separately.
The public calendar shows available times only, without client names, addresses or the reasons a time is unavailable. Availability is coordinated across viewing appointments so the same person cannot be booked twice. Private sole-trader jobs and contact records are not shown to Platinum partners.
IONOS provides UK website hosting and business email. Information may be shared with professional advisers where needed for accounts or legal matters, or authorities where required by law. Browser push providers deliver optional generic staff alerts; client contact details remain inside the signed-in portal. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting information
Retention depends on whether an enquiry is ongoing, work has been agreed or completed, and whether information is needed for accounting, tax, outstanding payments, complaints or legal claims. Information no longer needed for these purposes can be removed after review. Contact us to request a review of a particular record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or receive a portable copy. Some records must be kept to meet legal obligations. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests; contact us so we can consider your request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and device storage
The portal uses essential sign-in cookies. Display preferences and app installation information may be stored on your device. Business records and live availability are not stored in the offline cache. There are no advertising trackers or embedded social feeds.
