Who looks after your information
Rian Cooper, trading as Wallworks Pro Plastering, is responsible for traditional plastering enquiries and sole-trader work. Platinum enquiries and limited-company work are handled separately by Wallworks Pro Plastering Ltd; see the Wallworks Platinum privacy notice. Contact rian@wallworksproplastering.co.uk or 07542 608060 with privacy questions.
Enquiries, viewings and agreed work
A short project enquiry collects your name, project postcode, preferred contact details and description. You can optionally attach up to three project photos; these are stored privately for authorised staff to review. It does not reserve any dates and does not require a full quotation address. Please avoid including other people’s personal information in photographs.
The viewing form additionally asks for the project address and preferred time. At this stage, the quotation address is collected solely to make the quote out to the correct person or business; it is not a request for payment details. An enquiry can also be made by phone or email.
We collect your name, phone, email, project and billing addresses, project description and preferred viewing time to respond, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and manage agreed work. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need enough information to contact you and arrange the visit. You can phone us instead of using the form.
We use these details to take steps towards a contract at your request and fulfil agreed work. Accounting records are kept where required by law. Essential connection records and sign-in activity are used for our legitimate interests in operating the service, preventing abuse and protecting business records.
Who can see your details
Authorised Wallworks staff see requests in the signed-in portal. IONOS provides hosting and business email; the website server is located in the United Kingdom. Records may be shared with professional advisers where needed for accounts or legal matters, or authorities where required by law. We do not sell enquiry details.
Public calendars show available viewing times only, without clients, addresses or the reason a time is unavailable. Requests hold the selected slot pending staff review; they are not confirmed appointments.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on whether an enquiry is ongoing, work has been agreed or completed, and whether records are needed for accounts, tax, outstanding payments, complaints or legal claims. Information no longer needed for these purposes can be removed following review. Contact Rian to request a review of a particular record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, or receive a portable copy. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
Your right to object: you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact Rian so we can consider your request.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Device storage and notifications
The staff portal uses essential sign-in cookies. Display preferences and app installation information may be stored on your device. Business records and live availability are not stored in the app’s offline cache. This website has no advertising trackers or embedded social feeds.
Staff notifications are optional and can be switched off per device. Browser push providers deliver generic alerts; client contact details stay inside the signed-in portal. Instagram, Facebook and Google review links open those services, which apply their own privacy policies. The reviews displayed here are static excerpts; no Google tracking widget is embedded.
